Jayesh Joshi is Regional Director for Johnson & Johnson, across 14 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Mr Joshi has had numerous leadership roles across multiple industries (including Chief Procurement Officer, European Managing Director). Previously, he was Managing Director for Zon Associates, UK since July 2009. An award-winning transformation consultancy, Zon Associates held contracts with leading public and private sector clients including Capita, Barclays, Vodafone, Leicester City, Oldham Council/Mouchel and Stoke City Council, UK. Mr. Joshi has led several commercial transformation programmes which have been widely reported in TV & Press. At Leicester City, he led a commercial transformation to drive SME/3rd sector engagement whilst delivering challenging budget reduction targets.
