As the CPO of Georgia Institute of Technology, Frans manages Procurement, Accounts Payable, Risk Management, Logistics, Property Control and Travel. GA Tech conducts over $750mm (top 5) in research and has 21,000 undergraduate and graduate students. He has successfully reorganized operations putting Georgia Tech "Procure to Pay" in a recognized lead role in Higher Education. The systems includes a single access eProcurement, ePayables and T&E which include electronic requests, routing, approvals, fully intergrated imaging, eInvoicing and ACH payments. This is supported by a strategically focused operation.
